The Distinctive Exteriors process began with a dream to create beautiful backyards with quality and compassion. We are passionate about our work and we want every backyard we touch to get the upgrade it deserves. Each client consultation starts with customized pool and spa design that will match your backyard and your design preferences. Each backyard is given the distinctive treatment and each pool is installed by our team of expert backyard contractors. The Distinctive process includes four steps to ensure your backyard is cared for from design to deadline.

1. Consultation & Collaboration

Our process for beautiful backyards began with a dream to create quality spaces with compassion. But the process for creating your beautiful backyard begins with your dreams of a new outdoor living space. We listen and envision your dream, style preferences, and walk your outdoor living space. During this step, we learn what inspires you and begin the process of creating the design for the backyard or pool/spa of your dreams.   

2. Budget & Design

Not only are we passionate about delivering a quality backyard that you can use for years to come, but we also believe in transparency and honesty to deliver you the best backyard possible. The next step in the Distinctive Process is to talk budget and start the design planning process. Once a budget is established, we will create a design that works within your budget, your backyard, and your outdoor living vision. If we don’t meet one of your requirements, we are determined to work out the details until you are satisfied.

3. Project Management

With a budget, design and execution plan established, we are ready to begin the project management process. Our project management process works because we are passionate to deliver you the best product in a timely manner. From design to deadline, we will manage the entire project because we want you to start enjoying your backyard oasis as soon as possible. We use the highest quality materials and installation equipment. We won’t stop until the project is done right from start to finish.

4. Completion & Indulge

With the design approved and our project management process in place, the shovel will hit the ground and we won’t stop until we deliver. We pride ourselves on diligently working to bring your vision to life in a timely manner. We are never finished until you, the customer, are 100% happy.
